About this Exam

The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation certification validates your ability to blend PRINCE2 project management methodology with agile delivery techniques. PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is the most widely used project management framework in Europe and is increasingly adopted globally. The Agile variant combines PRINCE2's structured governance and controls with the flexibility and responsiveness of agile ways of working, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. This certification tests your understanding of how to tailor PRINCE2 themes, processes, and principles to work in an agile context. You will learn how to use timeboxing, MoSCoW prioritization, and agile estimation techniques within a PRINCE2 framework. The exam covers the Agilometer tool for assessing project suitability, the five targets of agile (on time, protecting quality, embracing change, keeping the team stable, and accepting that the customer doesn't need everything), and how to integrate Scrum events within PRINCE2 stages.
