1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DummyExams, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our practice exams for your personal certification preparation. You may not:
- Modify or copy the materials (exam questions, explanations).
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website.
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the service are available through paid subscriptions. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on DummyExams are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Important: DummyExams is not affiliated with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Scrum.org. Our practice exams are independently developed and intended for educational purposes only.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
